1. Overview & Scope
MixNmaster ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by KDUB Productions, is committed to safeguarding your privacy and protecting the integrity of your audio projects. This policy explains what information we gather, how it is utilized, and the rights you maintain over your data when utilizing our website, mixing & mastering services, beat store, and web application recording tools.
We uphold a strict standard: we do not sell your personal information, we do not monitor your private files for advertising profiling, and we prioritize security at every stage of the creative process.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide directly: Name, artist name, email address, order details, project feedback, and communications submitted through our contact forms or customer portal.
- Audio files & creative assets: Vocal stems, instrumental tracks, rough demos, DAW session exports, and mix reference notes you upload to our servers for processing.
- Technical & device data: IP address, browser type, device specifications, operating system, and anonymous interaction metrics collected automatically to keep the site fast and bug-free.
3. Google OAuth & Account Authentication
When you sign in or create an account using Google OAuth (e.g., across KDUB Productions DAW and MixNmaster accounts), we receive standard identification tokens from Google. We strictly request the minimum required scopes:
- Email Address: To verify your account and deliver order updates/downloads.
- Full Name & Profile Photo: To personalize your client dashboard.
- Unique Account ID: A secure identifier to link your project files to you.
We adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. We never transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, nor do we use it for advertising targeting.
4. Audio Files, Stems & Project Confidentiality
As an artist or record label, your unreleased recordings are among your most valuable intellectual property. We implement the following guarantees:
No AI Training Or Scraping
We never upload, sample, or utilize your vocals or instrumentals to train AI audio algorithms or voice models.
Zero Public Exposure
Your songs will never be shared publicly, broadcast, or posted as portfolio examples without your explicit prior written consent.
5. How We Use Information
We process personal information under the following legitimate grounds:
- Service Delivery: Completing your mixing, mastering, or stem download orders and managing revision requests.
- Transactional Communications: Sending receipts, download links, stem validation notices, and responding to support tickets.
- Platform Integrity: Protecting against malicious uploads, unauthorized access attempts, and fraudulent chargebacks.
7. Payment Security (Stripe)
All beat purchases, mixing packages, and mastering orders are processed through Stripe, Inc., a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 Service Provider.
Your full credit card or debit card numbers are tokenized directly in your browser and never touch our servers. We receive only basic confirmation metadata (e.g., transaction ID, card brand, last 4 digits) to issue your invoice and verify payment status.
8. Storage, Security & Retention
We employ industry-standard administrative, physical, and electronic security safeguards:
- Encryption in Transit & At Rest: Audio uploads and download links use TLS/SSL encryption and private cloud storage buckets.
- Retention Policy: Completed master files and raw stems are retained for up to 90 days after project delivery so you can request revisions or backup copies. After this period, files may be permanently expunged.
9. Your Rights & Data Deletion

- Right to Access & Portability: Request a copy of all data and audio assets associated with your profile.
